A full walkthrough of how our instruments are made, inspected, packaged and exported — with complete traceability for every batch.
Our Sialkot facility houses forging, grinding, polishing, hardening and assembly under one roof. Every instrument that leaves the building was shaped, finished and inspected on site — nothing is subcontracted to unverified third parties.
Instruments begin as selected stainless steel blanks, forged and shaped by technicians with ten to fifteen years of hands-on experience. Computer-aided design and imaging standardise dimensions before each batch enters production.
Multi-stage inspection checks edge alignment, spring tension, finish consistency and dimensional tolerance at every step — not only at final packing. Non-conforming pieces are pulled before they reach the packing line.
Standard blister cards and poly bags, or fully custom private-label packaging — kraft boxes, leather pouches and branded inserts — assembled in-house to your specification.
Documentation, freight forwarding and customs paperwork are coordinated directly with our logistics partners, with regular consolidated shipments to Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia.
Tell us what you need — SKUs, custom branding or a full private-label programme — and our team will respond within one business day.
